Submission Instructions

What to know:
- The exhibition will be on view from January 20-February 25, 2024. It will be installed across several spaces in Brown’s Granoff Center for the Creative Arts.
- We welcome submissions from all students currently enrolled in the Brown|RISD Dual Degree program, including work made in collaboration with others. The exhibition is juried by a student committee, and installed & advertised by student subcommittees.
- Jurors will see artists’ cohort year but not their name or concentration/major.

How to submit:
- Start by clicking Log In (if you already have an ArtCall account) or Register (if this is your first time using ArtCall) and entering your information.
- Each artist may submit a maximum of 3 works for consideration. After submitting you first work, you'll have the option to repeat the process up to 2 times.
- All submissions should include images/photos/sketches/video; a maximum of six per work. For audio/video work, please upload to an external site (Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, etc.) and provide the link. You will also be asked for the title, year of creation, dimensions, materials used, and installation method for the work.
- Submissions of works in progress are accepted; they may be selected for inclusion on a tentative basis, pending status updates and/or additional jury review upon completion. Please provide estimates for all of the information listed above (dimensions, materials, etc.). Images can include sketches, materials, and installation plans.
- We may be able to incorporate performance art or live music into the public reception (January 25, 2024). Please provide a description of your performance, including relevant information such as the duration and equipment needs.
- All work must adhere to any relevant Brown University Environmental Health and Safety guidelines (https://www.brown.edu/health-s...).
